Hi,
In this tutorial you will know how to add animated fog to any pic like this one:

Into this one:
This is a sample of a fog, if I or you help me find one with 10 megabyte size hosting I could change the pic.

First of all, chose a pic of anything you want to add fog to, open PS and open the pic you have chosen.

Now create a new document and set its size to about twice the size of the pic you have chosen(in my example, The image was 636x412 and the new document was 1000x1000). Chose E0E0E0 for foreground and 929292 for background. Now go to Filter->Render->Clouds.

Now move the clouds to the open pic like this:

Then change the opacity of the clouds layer to 70% like this:

Now click the switch to imageready button.

In IR, chose the move tool and move the clouds layer to left like this:

Stop moving it when the clouds layer reaches the farthest visible way to the left(let the clouds layer cover the whole layer while on the farthest way).

Then duplicate this frame and move the clouds layer to the farthest right but let the layer still cover all the screen.

Now click on the tween button while on the 2nd slide, and chose the following(for best result chose 50 frames[Big Size]):

Change the delay of each slide to 0.2 seconds, then click on the play button to check the slides.

After your done, click on File->Save Optimized As then save it, and click on save if you want to save a PSD version of it.

Final Pic:

Hope you enjoy! ;D

Please comment or ask here! :)
P.S: Im looking for an atleast 10 megabyte image host, please give me a URL to one so I can host a smoother and better looking fog image.

fog doesnt move that fast at all...all fog does is sick still and if anything rise and then disappear.....if that looks like anything it looks like a cloud or smoke infront of a camera, not at all moving through the city

It's a good thought although it isn't the greatest animation. If you want it to look smoother than create a new frame apart from the origina and move the fog to the other side and select both frames. then press the tween button (The one with a bunch of circles next to the new frame button) and make the amount of frames around 50 (The higher the number, the smoother and slower and fatter the animation) and press ok. Then press play. now you have smooth fog.
Ive tried that be4, but it now has a huge size. Ive found a new host so ill host ill try to host it there

You are hopeless. You yell because people don't give suggestions and you yell when we do. What will it take to please you?
